Hi I'm Allie
I am a wildly passionate, fiery Leo (iykyk) who pours my whole heart into everything I do. I have always been drawn to creating, whether it's art, handmade goods, and anything that allows me to work with my hands. While I've never been much of an athlete (lol), I love learning new skills and creating a little magic along the way.
In my free time, you’ll often find me cooking, making sourdough anything, crocheting, crafting homemade products, or drawing. My personal artwork has naturally woven its way into my brand, so original pieces can be found sprinkled throughout this website. Anyone who knows me would likely describe me as pure light living in a human body. I'm a self-proclaimed goofball who loves to laugh, connect, and enjoy life fully (at least… according to an old Bumble profile).
I discovered birth work while traveling solo across the country in 2022, when something deep within me ignited. Learning about physiological birth, supporting women, and reconnecting with the power of the divine feminine felt like coming home. In 2024, I was gifted a vision of myself guiding women through sound and weaving it into my work as a doula. From that moment, The Sound of Birth was born.

What is sound healing?
Sound healing is an ancient tradition that provides a modern take on restorative wellness. At its core, sound healing uses high frequency instruments to draw the body into a state of deep meditation, where the nervous system can find balance, and the mind can relax. Your cells naturally synchronize with these vibrations, changing how they communicate and regulate. This offers an expeerience that is truly unique to you and your nervous system, meeting you exactly where you're at. Using a variety of instruments, like crystal sound bowls, chimes, and ocean drums, Allie intuitively plays for each client, based on their intentions for the session.
