Hi Im Allie!

As a certified birth doula and sound healer, I hold space for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect with their inner rhythm. Rooted in nervous system awareness and womb-centered care, my work weaves sound, presence, and intention to support pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

I have long felt a passion to serve women.

I've always known I wanted serve my community, and bring healing in some way. In high school, I had planned to become a massage therapist. After graduation, I received an out of the blue offer to apprentice a hairstylist, and thought why not! I loved working with women, and I came to realize it was a form of healing. Seeing the confidence that a new head of hair can give someone was a true gift. Though, even though I was great at it, it gave me a layer of anxiety that I couldn't shake no matter how hard I tried. The constant wondering if someone liked it or didn't and the long hours began to eat away at my soul. I knew I needed a change, so I did it in the only way I knew how... I saved like hell, sold EVERYTHING, and embarked on a solo road trip to find myself again.

I traveled for 8 months, through 25 states, and drove over 15,000 miles. It was the most incredible experience of my life. To be young, free, and live life where the only thing I had to do was exist. Knowing so deeply that I was divinely guided and protected on my journey. I learned so many lessons I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

It was on this journey, in the middle of the desert in Utah, surrounded by an ancient reef striped in rainbow colors, that I discovered my calling was to be a Doula. An ad for a new Doula training program found me, and I knew instantly it was what I wanted to do. With tears of excitement in my eyes, I made the investment, and dove into the world of birthwork while still on the road, living out of my brother's 1985 camper van (she was a beast).

Eventually, all roads led me to visit some friends in a little town at the very top of North Idaho. And that's when I fell in love with Coeur d'Alene. I knew it was no accident that I stumbled upon this place when I did. I settled down here, and became a certified Birth Doula in 2022! Eager to dive into the birth community in the area, I hit the ground running! Getting to witness the journey of pregnancy and birth is the most sacred and special thing I've ever done. After a couple years, my heart again began to call for more. Loving what I do, but craving another element that made my services unique. So, I decided to go to a community sound bath that my friend was hosting, to see what insights might come my way, and that's when all the pieces came together. In this sound bath, I was gifted a vision of me guiding women of all ages, and stages of womanhood through sound, and using it to connect deeper with their intuition. It was like I finally found the missing piece of the puzzle, and everything fell into place.

So, I once more found a certification course that called to me, and dove head first into becoming a certified sound healer! Now, It has been almost one year of envisioning, planning, and creating my dream business, and it is finally ready to be seen by the community!
